Billy brings 35 years of technology leadership to every engagement. Before founding Systalent USA, he held senior technology roles at IBM, Dell, General Motors, the State of Texas, and Q2, leading enterprise platforms, digital transformations, and high-stakes product launches.
Today, Billy works directly with Austin founders and operators who need to move fast without building a full engineering team. He combines hands-on technical guidance with access to a 70+ person offshore engineering organization backed by 22 years of delivery history.
